Unfortunately many that think they are good drivers do things that are against all traffic laws but they still do it because they don't care anything about traffic laws or rules. Every time I go out I see at least a dozen examples of bad driving habits. You can have all the best instruction in the country but many people think that rules and laws don't apply to them. So emergency driving instructions will fall on deaf ears to the majority of drivers because they already consider themselves to be better than everyone else.
