Others perceive something as not their job, so it gets passed off to me. OR someone receives a request to do something, they don't know what to do, so they pass the request off to me with no regard whether I have any knowledge or not. Asking for help would go a long way with me vs pass offs.
I'm not a supervisor or manager. I'm a worker-bee just like the pass-off'ers, I just take the time to handle all the BS.
