Hi i'm Joe the owner of Cordes Performance Racing & sales in Mesa, Az. We are a family owned and operated performance shop that specializes in GM LS performance, but is not limited by only those platforms. We have been around on forums and in the car scene for over 10 years and working/modifying cars started as a passion in my garage and over the years has turned into something that a 2 car garage could no longer handle. We decided to acquire a facility located in Mesa, Az that is 3762 sq ft and capable of fulfilling all of our customers needs. We are a dealer for all of the major brands available and many of the specialty one's. If your local to Az I urge you to come check us out! A little background about my wife and me to further introduce who we are. I'm originally from Mt. Pleasant, Ia and grew up with my parents owning auto dealerships. My dad is older and comes from the old school way of doing business. Treat the customer honestly and don't hide stuff and you will gain a customer for life. Sacrifice making a few extra dollars off someone in the name of being up front and honest and you will always have a customer. I strongly live by those rules, and a quick view of the local az forums for the screen name Juicdta will quickly show that's how I am. Well in high school we moved to AZ to which I completed in 02. 2 years after that my parents moved back to Iowa and i began working for 24 hour fitness in sales, this was my first job outside of the restaurant business which I had done since I was 15. I quickly moved up to being a sales manager and when I was transferred to the Chandler location I met my future wife there who worked at the front desk. After 2.5 years working for 24 hour I left to go back to school at ASU. While in college I worked at the chandler mall Cheesecake factory and was bumped up to being a bartender shortly thereafter, I than acquired a second job bartending at a night club all while still doing a full load in school. 4 years later I graduated from ASU with a double major in finance and business administration. My wife who attended ASU graduated also w/ a poly sci degree. Right after college we were married at my best friends house on 4/21/12 and to you local AZ guy's Steve from loud pedal motorsports was actually one of my groomsmen. We now came to a crossroads in life, go work for someone else or move forward with what was at the time just side work modifying cars. The car thing had really taken off over the last few years simply by word of mouth so we decided to go for it!
This brings you basically up to speed on who I am and what we are about. As you can see in my signature we are very active in the ls community and i regularly road race my vette and well my wife drives her gto like she stole it
I will always offer help to someone even if it means not making money off them. I'm here to help support this amazing community and really to keep on having fun like I am and enjoying life.
