well, i wish whoever feels this way, would say something. i can promise you, this is not my intention, to seem like i have an elitist attitude. Far from it, because i really don't have that kind of attitude in real life. you can ask everyone that was at fest. I'm usually very sarcastic, but i never think i'm above anyone else.
i do agree, that the lounge has gone downhill. I may have been a part of some inappropriate conversations, but i can guarantee most of the people you named in your first quote, has been as well.
It seems to me, the tipping point was when fest was over. For some reason, the folks that didn't make it to fest, thought that the ones that did, was intentionally keeping them in the dark. when this is not the case. Did it come off that way? Sure, maybe, but it wasn't intentional.
I know people can read posts on the internet wrong, so i'm sure that has a huge part in the misunderstandings. I will apologize if i seemed to come off as arrogant, but i'm telling you, i'm really not trying to. You and I have been part of the lounge since the first one, so i hope you believe me. We've always gotten along, and as far as i can tell, i haven't changed at all. I have a pretty care free attitude online, and rarely get bothered by anyone, or anything. I might crack jokes at people, but if anyone ever tells me they don't like it, i stop.
