One thing that may become a issue is the stripes, they are being done outside the plant at a outside vendor, if I'm that vendor sitting on a bunch of work that I fear I may not get paid for...well work would stop till all the $$ issues were worked out..all in all not good !!! and with the government in charge..well we know they cannot run crap !!!
