How about 'CUSTOMER SERVICE'.
They could easily get the ball rolling by providing an accurate communication method to those customers who've chosen to do business with them - like all those that have deposits on this site and have received little no valuable or accurate responses regarding their order.

In such businesses, customer loyalty carries so much weight toward positive sales and thus new business. There is a much higher percentage of repeat customers from good service, as opposed to trying to win new customers with promises. Prove you'll take of what you have and the reputation will spread to others considering looking at your products.

Offer a good product that gains respect. Loyalty and respect will not only keep them coming back, but grow in popularity. The Honda Accord, when first came out, was a little car in an era of larger cars that might still compete in MPG. Honda offered a superior product and customers were taken care of. Their reputation today is off the charts.
