I have a low tolerance for heat so I get heat stroke VERY easy - my Dad is the same way something about our veins not expanding. All my life if I do any kind of workout or work in the summer heat I'll start throwing up and I'll get a headache so bad I'll be in a ball in bed all night - thats if i can make it home. When the humidity is low and we aren't under a high, I can usually get away with it but weather like this weak it would KILL me.

So my mom, Skip and the doctor ganged up on me and told me to wait till fall.
