Jeanette it's almost 5 o'clock!

Water rocket pack meeting went great. I always tell the boys and the Den leaders to tell their kids that they can bring brother and sisters along and they can launch the rockets too. We had mostly our Cub Scouts but a few brought siblings. Everybody got good and wet, which is what the kids like.

The one thing that bothers us is the lack of responsibilty people have regarding their actions over what is actually a small $1700 insurance claim in the grand scheme of things. My wife and I are responsible people and if we make a mistake and cause damage to someone elses properly we own up to our responsibilty to make things right. I too am sorry you are having to go thru this. You are right tho. A lot of people will do most anything to escape accepting responsibility for their own actions. It's a sad commentary on our society. There are some bright lights here and there. These few bright lights give me hope. It's just too bad there aren't more of them.
