I will be first to admit I am not an expert on cams nor matching them to a motor. My knowledge of camshafts is limited. However, almost every flow chart I have seen has CFM plotted against lift. Certain heads plateau after a certain lift and CFM is no longer on the rise, but flat. I have been told that adding more lift to a cam beyond that point is a waste of time as no additional power will be found beyond the lift point it plateaus. Is that something you disagree with?
