Do you know what year it is? The later blocks, 00+ have oil passage design, and improved oil flow. 01+ have bulkhead vent windows, and better windage.
That said, if the bore liners look like they're in good shape, I'd probably pay $400 for it, just know what you're getting before you buy.

Didn't have the correct equipment for the bores, but they seemed to be stock from what I had. They are in good shape, you can even see the cross hatch marks from honing a little. I bought it for $350. IT was supposed to be a 99. I am not looking for killer performance, so it will be good.
