Any idea how many miles are on it? Remember that you can't bore them out very far, most people only take them out to 3.905 (comming aftermarket piston size), although I've heard of a few taking them out to 3.910, but not sure of those are off the shelf pistons or something customg and expensive.

Do you know what year it is? The later blocks, 00+ have oil passage design, and improved oil flow. 01+ have bulkhead vent windows, and better windage.

That said, if the bore liners look like they're in good shape, I'd probably pay $400 for it, just know what you're getting before you buy.
