Bahh thats hooey, if a cop is speeding then he has almost as good a chance of killing someone as anyone else does. Do you think the cop would just race him up to the speed limit and then back off and let him go speeding off alone. I doubt it
He would be there speeding along with racer A right up until the marked cars showed up. maybe even after they showed up. The only thing the officer has on his side is a bit of driving training, but we have all seen the videos on cops in pursuits crashing almost as much as the criminals.
I am on the side of the law, but lets be realistic especially in an unmarked car @ 3 in the am. Hell a drunk driver could take both of them out
