I'm starting to see veins in my pecs and ones in my shoulders popped out a while back but the monitor still hovers in the 7% range. Weight went up a couple pounds this week too but I changed my routine last Monday and have been lifting as heavy as I can manage so that may be a result of the new routine. We'll see what happens next week. I'm not sure I've ever been this ripped. Abs are starting to get those deep cuts around them.
Maxed out at 185lbs on front squats in crossfit last Thurs night. I thought I could get 225lbs but they want us practically sitting on our heels before we start the up swing of the movement. The first rep I stopped like I normally do at bench height, like sitting on a bench, and they wouldn't count it and made me do it again. They're a bit odd with some of their lifts.
Then cracked off the MetCon in 4:42. 3 rounds of:
20 back squats @ 125lbs
20 pull ups

First two on elbows, second two were on hands. The last one, I thought I might die, or my arms might fall off haahah.
So jealous of you Crossfitting... Grrr. My Mom, Skip, and my Dr. ganged up on me and told me to wait until the weather cooled off.... So alas my crossfitting dreams have been postponed a month of two.

It was on sale at Acadamy, I only paid 249. for it, It has 4 really good interval programs you do with sprints, and has a manual incline but I have it set on max incline and it just stays there! Love it!

Girlfriend, that girl... Let me at her. You do not look like Miss Piggy, but youre right - Miss Piggy was pretty fabulous! 29'' waist is GREAT! I wear a 27-28 depending on the brand, so youre doing AWESOME! I am very very proud of you.
