Personally, I use Adobe Master Suite, which includes Premiere. It's expensive though, but about as full-featured as you can get for editing.
I also have a program called Powerdirector, and it's a much more user friendly, less featured (but still good) program. It will actually upload & convert videos for YouTube from within the program.
