Well, a gal I know is a nutritionist and took at look at me and says I'm at least 6% bodyfat if not less. She told me those bodyfat things get less accurate as you lean out, however I did a pincher as well and it also came back 7%.
I'm betting that thing will say 6% next week

I've started increasing calories a bit and it kind of jump started the loss in body fat. I've lost about 1.5 - 1.8% the past two weeks if you believe that meter.
