@Ladybug: At that point I think I would have turned it on him and
very slowly explained to him what he was staring at under the hood lol.
I am normally very easy going and hard to make angry but something about being treated like a dumb girl by a male in the auto industry just sets me off like nothing else.
On a good note my husband felt so bad for me that while I was working on my engine cover he went and installed my footwell lighting.
I had to show him how to wire them into my switch set up but all in all it was very sweet of him to want to help me out. He's even been trying to help me with my engine cover and the pieces im fabricating for it. And he asked me if I would teach him how to paint! He must be trying to win back some of those brownie points he lost for backing my car into a pole lol.
