I and others have recommended C4, jokingly, but it was said.
But otherwise good point on the freedom of speech. The thing is that while people are free to criticize and complain it doesn't mean that they have to be jerks about it. It's nice to vent every now and again, but we're (mostly) adults and should behave as such.* There's complaining/criticizing and then there's being a nuisance.
*The way people think/act/say (basically pretend) adults should behave not the immature generally annoying way they sometimes do.
