Anyways, there were two cops checking for seat belts this morning (didn't know it at first) at a busy intersection among the back roads. I thought they were taking donations or something so I got my wallet out and had a dollar ready. I roll my window down, say hi and ask how he's doing (with dollar ready in hand), he responds good, thanks for wearing your seat belt, and to drive safely. I then rolled my window back up and put my dollar back.
