I'm not sure how much the HIDs are but just for white Halos, I'm sure you can get them for $180 or less (including shipping) from trusted vendors on this site.
PM Ivan@Southwest Speed and ask him how much he sells them for... he has given me the BEST deals on AAC stuff over the past 2 years and he'll take care of you.
