Depends on what you're after. A young man such as yourself would probably love the busy lifestyle of Panama City - lots of teeny bikinis and places to party.
A bit more layed-back is the Destin/Fort Walton Beach area.
I love solitude at the beach, so some of the stops between PC and D/FWB appeal to me more. But I'm an old fart.
