Sorry to hear of your troubles, AZ, but I'm not the least bit surprised. I don't know how old you are but "customer service" has been going down the tubes for about a generation now (20 years or so). Nobody gives a crap about customers anymore because customers have been conditioned not to expect great service. Anything that is late is someone else's fault. Anything that breaks is because of someone else's crummy install or defective manufacturing. Anything that is the wrong color or doesn't fit right is the fault of those who received the order. NOBODY is responsible for anything and YOU are an a**hole if you expect the service you were promised.

"Customer Service" ( ) is a joke to all but a very few businesses these days. It is a sad reflection on our who gives a crap attitude that is rapidly bringing this country down to the levels acceptable to therest of the world.
