I was curious as to if you tested for Ketosis with strips because a lot of people fall short thinking because they are eating low carbs they are in Ketosis but fall short and end up being on a low carb high fat diet instead.
Well, you do add in healthy fats to make up the calorie deficit left by eliminating the carbs. Olive oil, coconut oil, natural peanut butter, etc.
