Why do you think you need to lose the 10-15 pounds? (what are your goals). How tall are you? How do you eat now? Do you exercise already, or are you a couch potato? Do you want to lift, or run, or do you just want to diet?
This whole thread is a mass of information if you look through it, but we all would need to know the answer to those kinds of questions before we can really steer you in the right direction
