I was dealing with I'm guessing a new salesperson, when I started shopping for Camaro's. I'm guessing he was new, considering he didn't know what trim came with the V8 on the Camaro. Okay, you're a salesperson at the only Chevrolet dealership in the town, and you don't even know the difference between an LT or an SS? You couldn't even take an educated guess which has the large engin (*cough* super sport *cough*)e? Not only that, he was giving me a wholesale price for my car, he literally went on KBB, I told him the information, he checked all the boxes considering my old car had ALL the options, then he gives me the wholesale price because it has a cracked windshield. ($250 windshield) Not even taking into consideration there is absolutely nothing else wrong with my car and is probably sitting cleaner than most of the cars on the lot. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere. Maybe to the average Joe Shmo they don't care if their salesperson or dealership knows anything, but I sure care. Educate your staff or you will lose a sale.

I don't even consider myself a car guy, but I think I know more about Chevy's than he does!

Sorry to get a bit off topic. I completely agree, I think it's pretty pointless to ramble off all those features that come standard on almost every vehicle, I think it's just a copy & paste deal. Easier to do that than actually put some thought into it.
