Sorry you're so distracted right now Ruby. (Or need work to keep you distracted.) But I think you're son is in a good place to learn something about himself, and he will quickly learn to appreciate the people that are truly important in his life.

It rained like crazy in the morning but about an hour before the parade started it stopped and stayed dry throughout it. Our Dachshund club had a small turnout (insert small wiener joke here) but we had fun. Some people really did take the occasion to go all out in flamboyant style and they were interesting to see. Heard a few funny wiener comments but everyone was cool. There was also one born again guy telling them to repent but everyone was ignoring him. I think a good time was had by most.
