The guy on C5 is Barricade, but this isn't his car. He lives in San Antonio and can actually drive it around because he is a local SAPD officer (but the Chief doesn't like it because the car says "To Punish and Enslave" on it
)
I don't remember seeing anyone else with a Barricade replica or movie car posting on this site...
