A vehicle is a vehicle, rental or fleet makes no difference to me. I judge a car based off it looks, comfort, performance, and quality.
This one is severely lacking in most of those categories IMO.

A Charger, Mustang, and Passat aren't exactly your normal, run-of-the-mill, everyday rental cars.
The customers who get Captivas in their fleets are looking for basic A-to-B transportation. Nothing more.
