I am very sorry this happened to you. Your ex boss sounds like a real douche and I wouldn't put it past her to have been the one who keyed your car. Hang in there, buzzard luck goes away eventually.
While I was trying to read what was scratched into your hood I noticed that your reflection (even though it looks like a funhouse mirror) shows you to be an attractive young lady so perhaps you've dated someone recently who still has someone attached to them that might have been motivated to lash out at you?
It still sucks. That's not going to be cheap to fix. Good luck finding a job and just keep your chin up. It will get better.
