Oh ok, I may be on the low carb side then actually... I love those joseph low carb pitas and lavashes. They only have 4 net carbs, the proteins I eat low in carbs, i eat a lot of spinach which is low as well. Only time I may actually eat a carb meal is breakfast which could be a bowl of original Fiber 1 cereal with almond milk or oatmeal. Then the rest of the day is apple slices, pb, egg whites, chicken, fish, wraps, salad, etc.
