I'll disagree that it's unhealthy. It serves a purpose and if done properly it's fine. It's not meant to be a long term deal though. Get where you wanna be, then slowly add low glycemic carbs back in to the mix for maintenance. The key is to eat lots of vegetables when on a keto diet and get plenty of healthy fats like almonds, olive oil, natural peanut better, etc.

I will agree that it is an advanced diet and not for a beginner at all. I'd never recommend it to someone who had not already mastered how to use food in a positive way and understood portion control and the 6 meals a day routine.
