It's like the saying "food is fuel" and that's the truth, there is an art to all of this to keep a fuller but lean look without burning too much muscle away, and yes you have to have the carbs but the right kind of cards, salads and spinach leaves, asparigus, olive oil, vinegar, helps you lose the fat, your body actually uses up more calories through digestion than it actually takes in, you just can't skip meals, or you'll get to feeling sick, Yes, I know this through experience! lol
