Meal 1
4 egg whites
1/3 cup oatmeal w/1 tbl of flax
12 asparagus spears
2 Dole Pinapple rings
Meal 2
4 oz Talapia
3 oz sweet potato
¼ apple
Meal 3
3 oz chicken breast
6 whole wheat penne noodles
1/3 cup peas
Meal 4
3 oz Salmon
1 cup romaine lettuce w/1 tsp of olive oil and 1 tbl balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup shaved carrots
2 cherry tomatoes
6 blueberries
2 oz sweet potato
Meal 5
2 oz 90% lean ground beef
2 ox ground turkey breast
2 oz sweet potato
1/3 banana
Meal 6
4 oz Talapia
1 ½ cup spinach leaves w/ 1 tsp olive oil and 1 tbl of balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup green beans

Well now look at that, single digit body fat while eating clean carbs with almost every meal. How the heck did I know that. Because that's the right way to do it without all the negative side effects of to low of a carb intake.
