Most of the low volume exotics get such poor fuel economy that they get hit with the gas guzzler tax instead of CAFE fines. And I think the cutoff is 50-60,000 because I believe that Porshce is over that mark and they wanted the rules changed that if you have less than 0.6% market share then you are excluded.
