I just watched the Presidents news conference on new cafe and emissions standards...I believe this will spell the death of the Camaro as we know it. Since things will start changing in 2012 with an ultimate cafe standard of 35 1/2 mpg in 2016, I figure you have until late 2011 to buy the Camaro you want. After that the Government will tell you what Camaro you can drive if it is still around, but if it is, we will have threads about applying stripes to balsa wood or how to camouflage the windmill on your roof. This is no longer the country I grew up in when the Government tells me what is best for me. I didn't realize I was incompetent to make my own decisions! By the way, the only person missing at this news conference was the American Consumer. What are your thoughts?
