Right now I'm chatting with a pharmacist friend who works for the same company. He has access to his pharmacy on weekends (I don't) - we're going to log into my pharmacy computer remotely tomorrow, double check the prescription, and fill it right. That way I don't have to go too long in pain. It's the kind of pain even narcotics don't help with.
I think it may be time to see my orthopedic surgeon again.
There is a silver lining though - gotta try to see the positive here - at least it's my left shoulder, so shifting Ladybug isn't a problem!
