Its a work thing where she feels she is being taken advantage of and I told her they do it because she is too nice and does what they ask her to do without complaint so yes they take advantage of her.

Then I decided to change the electrical outlet for the pool since the new pump my wife bought yesterday has a different plug then the old one. No problem should take 15 min. Turned into 2 hours as everything was stuck and rusty after 12 years. Now I have to replace both electrical boxes and a section of conduit as well as the plug. Bought all the parts now I need another hour or two tomorrow to reassemble it as its dark now.
