My assertion is, "by a few % points" (I think someone mentioned 1.02g vs. .98g, which = 4% - HIS figures), a 4% "correction" of a 12.3 e.t. = an 11.8...

My assertion is, if you launch anything beyond a tricycle on a gritty surface, it will NOT return a maximum effort...or minimum time. If YOU think it will, then please launch your soon-to-be-shipped GT500 under said circumstances and share your "maximum effort" with us...

Forget altitude/DA/corrections/real world...if a surface is "dusty" you're not likely to set a World's Record...and CandD, for all its many contributions to the automotive lexicon AND racing endeavors, has NEVER set an drag racing record in anything. At any time. Fact.
