Dang, I'd be really pissed! Don't they have fender blankets for that kind of stuff???? Most of the time I try to hang around and watch what they do. My car is an investment of time and money for me, and I think most of the employees of the garages I've been to get that when I talk to them, so they're usually pretty good about it, but when you have to leave it, that's another story. I've always insisted that my car is left inside, no matter what!

Seriously though, I would be ticked too. Just go in with a cool head asumeing they will make it right & save the assertive voice under the anger for if needed. Hope it goes well & sorry about your baby.
