I do wide grip (all the way to the edge) chins pronated. They make me realize how big of a wuss I really am

I'm still terrible at them. The most I've ever been able to do in one set was 20, and that was before an injury awhile back. I'm lucky to get 10 now. Close grip though, I can crank those things out like nobody's business. And supinated? HECK YES... get those biceps in there and doing their fair share lol
