Pronated I can do 8 solid ones but that's about it. For some reason pronated is painful but supinated is not so I don't do them much.

Front rack chins are something I've worked on since I was in the Marine Corps so I can crack off a bunch.
I lied though, I do mine pronated (palms out). I got the terms confused.
