Do you usually cut, bulk, cut, bulk, etc. to reach the body you want muscular wise? I read about some people on body building.com doing that

my meals/workouts today:
9:30am 1 mile walk on empty stomach

10:30am Boiled Egg Whites

11:15am 1 mile HIT on treadmill

12:00pm Grilled Chicken and salad mix

1:30pm 3 mile walk

3:00pm Apple with cinnamon

3:45pm Weights

5:10pm Protein Shake

5:15pm 1 mile walk

5:40pm Grilled Chicken with mustard wrapped in Pumpernickel

Rest of the night: Will end up walking another 2 miles
