You could get a spare engine cover to practice on, or to use as the "show" cover, that way if you don't like it, you can just try again... Gary put lighting in his, and got a spare one just in case he messed up with cutting it... I don't think they're very expensive. |

The V-6 cover was around 50 bucks on GM Parts Direct. I don't know what it is for you V-8 folks. And yes Jay, the lightning comes in blue!
It was a beautiful day today. Maggie got off work early and took me for a drive. We skirted the Cascade Mountains for a little ways North of where we live. I wound up taking her up to show off my "secret mountaintop airbase". We got some great pics there.
