Haha well that's kind of the point

You get to the point where you look how you want right as beach season starts! Then you can start eating new things (without overindulging). And eating a variety of foods is good... that being said, I suppliment with a multi-vitamin. Nothing at all wrong with fruit, as long as you dont' eat "too much" of it. I can live without fruits for a couple months myself, or at least dont' eat it often. I'm a grapefruit nut myself
