Very true, but stock the 2010-2012 is like 9lbs stock I beleive, corrct me if i am wrong, (I`m no ford expert) but, if the new one is 15lbs then 6lbs of boost increase is quite a jump and would explain why it is making so much more power. Now its safe to say the 2013 will outdo the previous model at the same boost level say at 17lbs respectively but how far is this boost level on the 2013 going to be able to be increased before popping. To me it seems like Ford increased the boost to make power and added a few other goodies like increased displacement and a better blower that made a small difference but the big diff is 6lbs of boost. I could be wrong, we need more info.

So question, what does a 2010-2012 put down to the tire w/ 15lbs of boost? we can reverse the driveline loss to compare it to the 2013. I`m betting it won`t be far off, that is if we have the stock boost levels correct for the 2013 and the previous model. Now of course the 2013 will make more power due to the bigger engine, better blower, but I bet we will find it won`t be that far off.

So the moral is don`t go out and sell you 2010-2012 GT-500`s just yet...Till we know all the details

just did a google, GT-500 at 14lbs of boost, previous gen, it does have a Kenny Bell instead of the Eaton, so the Eaton would probably make a little less w/ the added heat but 643rwhp at 14lbs. This new 2013 662fwhp -12%driveline loss=583rwhp... Sounds like they will be pretty close at the same boost level especially if you are running an aftermarket blower on a 2010-2012.
