I got the 5% message in feb when I watched netflix movies (like 3 per night) all month. But never got throttled. That sucks. I've been with att for a long time, I was a cingular customer that got brought in. I'll be out of contract by the end of the year on all 5 lines I pay for and may be considering a switch. I have been disappointed with att's customer service lately.
