Now this could of been an isolated incident and both people know eachother type of thing. But if you do something like this, I would be fully prepared for the consequences. Who knows some 6'4" 300 lb guy comes out and beats the living daylights out of you whos the winner in that one?
What I am saying is leave people alone, you never know you are going to piss off on when they are having a "BAD DAY."
"bad day" = a$$ whooped, stabbed, shot, who knows maybe they are a damn good lawyer and will just sue you for everything you have.

If you let people like this get away with crap all the time, they're just going to keep doing it, thinking the world evolves around them. Man up and take a stand once in a while (note that taking a stand does not = starting a physical fight, the example shown is a great one).
