You admit to speeding, you only got a warning so you have no argument of innocence and you have no damages. You haven't mentioned any behavior that constitutes harassment. The officer went precisely to your house because you had a vehicle matching the description. Then he looked in a window presumably in front of your house which qualifies as 'in plain sight'.
Just slow it down. If you find the officer parked in front of your house for a week, then you can talk about harassment.
