Tell her that you need some "alone time" and you need some space.
If she asks "how long", just say I don't know. Just act like you are serious and that if she does not give you your space, your friendship is over.
If this girl is the one who is the sister of your boyfriend, then you are doooomed. There is no escape and I speak from experience.
