I just got off the phone with the IRS. I called to verify that the refund due for 2011 taxes would be automatically put toward any outstanding balance from our audit, and it turns out the audit was re-reviewed, and they decided we don't owe anything, and the case was closed! Soooooo..... We're actually GETTING money this year!!
