Definitely. It's a lot tougher on the forums than sitting in the foldaway chairs in the evening at a car meet, kicking back a few adult drinks and "bench jousting" with the "other" brand owners poking fun at each other's loyalty without harm.
It's like a sports team to me though - I'm not likely to run out and buy a Mustang because there's nothing that "stirs" me as much about a Mustang as compared to Camaro, even though it's the same "game" as it were. I can't put my finger on it, but that's just how it's always been. Some are fair-weather or bandwagon fans, whatever's new....and then there are the dedicated die-hards that tattoo brands on themselves even! And there are others in between.
